The negativity comes when you have management that makes some really poor choices, to the point that they show what they think of their Supporters, it pisses me off.

I do not like to be treated like that, if you really think they acquired Oakbridge Management ( that happened to have a stake in a claim of a Gold Mine ), ah... nevermind, I am not here to change your view!

You got my vote, especially concerning the further dilution....i was in PRRM, they also did a FS, woohooo everybody happy with a "candy bar"....in the end diluted to death, then it became SMMW, today it is XMDC...the shareholders of the first hour back then were "fried"
FS for me means: toast....just my opinion of course

The play management is doing is a copy of PRRM/SMMW/XMDC....i predicted it last year already, i didn't touch this scam anymore since then, sweat it out or die....will be the last one. Now Ben is screaming from the mountains "NO RS!"....wait a second, if there is new management at place because of merging or whatever, they don't care what Ben & C° told investors before, they just do the famous trick and reverse you all to death !
