yes i think its very possible just had a 35% positive greens and with volume 400k not as big, now its taking better shape should be ready for a bigger move. higher volume and good solid support.

Beautiful cat! Look, it broke the 200ma on the 12th. On any other time frame (1,3,6,12,month)it has butted up to and failed. News that basically amounts to 'we need money' for a new facility is not news that busts 200 dma's. And they appear to be getting that money today, and yesterday, and the day before. I expect they will close this positive and sell into it tomorrow as well. The only news that I can see useful is a Con Edison Marketing inclusion that would give this company an obvious sense of validity. Not a long term prognosis but that is all I see today, for what it's worth. GLTA (Con Edison was a rumor for today so who knows still)
