People can ONLY get what shares are available on the market. If investors have been buying them up, there will be fewer available out there period!!!
All I know is the only selling going on is small volume retail daytrader type specs and another open order I had below 1.00 when the .9884 gap filled was completed for me yesterday so I am sitting satisfied long term here now....
