Savw has things going on, Sutton is not new to this nor would the company make the moves they have, investing into all this. Sutton is savy and knows EXACTLY when and what news to release. This is the calm before the storm. Think about it, would you say "oh yeah I got this and that" contract before your even operational? Of course not. Plan is there just not to the public yet.
