some promotions are simply straight forward dilution pits
others are manipulated through a series of complex funding arrangements, shell shuffling, and form 3, 4 and 5 filings, keeping OS within "manageable" limits

while BUGS historically has been a good trading/channeling vehicle, "longs" lost their ass



after the initial post tensix "excitement", i would expect a similar trading pattern to establish here
