A bank hasn't touched this company and never would...that is one reason they went to the OTC.PK. Even if the management of the company was not crooks, it is FREE OPM. No interest or equity to pay back.
It is a beautiful thing if you want to make a ton of money. However, you must not get so greedy that you don't understand the SEC rules and screwup like the former management did. "Other funding in the pinks" means toxic dilution by loan sharks. :-D
