I was one of those who guestimated that LLEG would get a payoff in the order of $40-75 million, so anyone who wants to direct that ridicule to me, feel free. I can take it. That assumption was based on the fact that real estate agents, when they sell a property (commercial or otherwise), get a 3-6% commission for their efforts. Based on a $275M construction cost, 3% would come to $8.25M. The effort LLEG has put forth is considerably more than a "typical" real estate transaction, IMO (no offence Spence). It was just a guess, maybe even a little hope, in response to some saying we've been paid in full at $3.7M +/-. Is the amount $5M, $40M, $100M, I don't know. I imagine we will see.
Brungy, are you likely to get any of the work from this?
