TR, what you say is true, IF there was a way for the company to increase share price. Problem is, as I see it, they can't figure out a way to increase our share price. We have been going years now on nothing but promises, that continue to be repeated, but never fullfilled. Those promises have included the promise to not take all their salaries until revenues come in to pay them. From what I have seen, every year they have managed to pay themselves their full salaries, maybe late, but they have been paid in full. With the bonus on top of those salaries.

I agree with one poster, what kind of bonuses and salaries will management be expecting if and when revenues do start to come in? How many shares could they have bought back with that 100K bonus???? Enough to raise the price a little? Maybe, it would have shown confidence in the company, instead they continue to undermine shareholder confidence with unfullfilled deals, missed deadlines, insider selling, dilution and NO REAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS!!!
