A little further DD, from FORM 10k Filed June 23, 2011 shows the Ronald Long has a conflict of interest, so this seems like it might just be another false alarm!! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I would rather shed the light on what I have uncovered before the hype goes too far!

Our Director, who is our sole Officer, Ronald D. Long, has a conflict of interest in that he is an officer and director of other companies. Mr. Long’s other activities will prevent him from devoting full-time to our operations. This will slow our operations and may reduce our financial results because of the slow down in operations. Mr. Long does not expect to be able to devote more forty (40) hours per month to our operation.

Since 1998 Mr. Long has been employed by the FM Group. He is currently the Program Director for the FM Group and its affiliate 501 c3 which specializes in international and domestic agribusiness, community and economic development, environmental preservation, and associated financing. From 1991- 1998 Mr. Long was employed by Oklahoma State University as the Director of International and Domestic Business Development. From 1980-1990 Ronald Long served as the Director of Research, Production and Marketing with Langdon Beef Cattle Transplants, Inc. Mr. Long graduated from University of Kentucky with a Ph.D. degree in 1970. Major study area included beef cattle genetics, reproductive physiology, nutrition, and biochemistry. Mr. Long completed his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science at Purdue University
