I feel the same way. I would have expected an offering at this price and the fact that there hasn't been one leads me to think that there is either some other cash generating event (not filing the NDA as we need a lot more than $25M) or some type of announcment that berger thinks will drive the stock higher. Who knows maybe they are working on the necessary items to do an offering as we speak.
