He increased his price target by a dollar which is one quarter in profit. doesn't make too much sense

Since he previously assumed the profits came to an end at the end of Q2 he kind of has to change that model. So he changed it to end of Q3 and adjusted for that.

And next Q he will have to adjust again, but from his words he is starting to tire of being played as a tool by TEVA and will likely make a larger adjustment then.

No internal programs? Look harder.
