Hey sperri, I peeked at agora, where you said

Filing a 10Q (quarterly) and 10K (annual) financial report will qualify us for the Bulletin Board (BB). You don't do those on the Pinks.:

I think it would be just as good for MTEK to focus on one of the top two OTC tiers, as many BB companies aren't bothering to stay on it. That would be the OTCQX and QB. Read the requirements. The QX is better, and there's only a few companies there, about 250.

Also, just filing regular audited financials doesn't automatically qualify a company for the BB. They need to file a Form 10 (didn't they say they planned to do that) and meet the minimum listing requirements.

Of course, that's assuming they are successful at getting relisted.
