Can you please explain the what the Non-Objecting Creditor reserve is for. Will old CEMJQ sharesholders ever recieve this money? Thanks

"$980,000 (50%) will be transferred to the Non-Objecting Creditor Reserve and $980,000 (50%) will be distributed to legacy CEMJQ shareholders as soon as reasonably practicable".
