I got a quick response from Hy Vaupen of Electric Beverage Company in which he stated that they remain committed to the distributorship of Title throughout Florida. He also said that he would pass on my concerns to Blue Gem Enterprises. I don't know if this means anything, but I thought I would toss it out there.
