This stock will be very interesting if Mike can get an audited financial statement, and uplist. I wonder if Mike is considering buying back some shares on the market right before uplisting and them retiring them. Think of what that would do for the share price on the OTCBB and the common shareholders like us....

Good luck with all the shares you claim to have, was suspended by the SEC ... that would be pretty hard to sell unless something dramatically changes...
