It's a smokescreen for all his promising PR's that never delivered. Blame anything or anyone but his own ambiguous fluff. Unfortunately sabre rattling won't effect ROI either it will more likely undermine any S/P appreciation the market shuns instability.
These Brazil numbers are public for one reason only midas. To get Identa back in pinksheets good books he has no other choice. Without quotations the stock is probably doomed and he needs to at least appear to care about shareholders. IMO honesty would have been the best policy he should have explained the foot dragging on the current information reporting at least I could have verified honourable intent.
