That is someone else's patent, not Howard. They are trying to show that their patent is better. Howard's original patent had instability, as he stated yesterday on the CC, so he kept working on it until it was stable. The stuff about gas problems, etc. are supposition, to help support this guy's patent.


Howard's product is now proven and completely stable. It is antacid, which REDUCES gas, something that this guy did not address in his patent application.


He is addressing an old patent as well, he cannot compare to the new patents, which have not been released to the public domain yet. This one is dated 2006, and Howard's latest patents are from 2007 and 2010.
