Welcome to the PCFG board and welcome to IHUB pvn, the general consensus here seems to be 3-5 days for relisting, but management seems to have had a fire lit underneath them so I wouldn't be surprised if the process has started already. I think gold at $1600 has been a pretty good motivator.

.. you guys are so lucky to find this hidden gem just as we

- become current with filing financials (PR'd today)

- uplisting to OTCBB in progress (first day on OTC Pink Sheets yesterday)

- start producing GOLD (see Hammer's posts re on-site visit and conveyor belts rinning (but not PR'd as of yet)

- GOLD breaking new highs over 1600 bucks an ounce

- and check the iBOX for all the excellent DD in the last 10 months ....


... buy in once you've done your DD and SLAP THE ASK ....

... and then ask us for the link to the PCFG Millionnaire's club ..

Looking at this now and I hope to have some information shortly however it all depends on if PCFG wants to relist with OTCBB, if they do a Market Maker must process a Form 211 and 211 Addendum for them (I doubt it will be one that is short ;-)):

If an isser becomes compliant in it's required filings after it has been deleted from the OTCBB, a new Form 211 and 211 Addendum must be submitted to the NASDR OTC Compliance Unit. Only a market maker may submit these forms.

They could choose to just escalate through the OTC tiers:

Right now through the OTC Tiers PCFG is OTC Pink Limited Information, most likely that will change to OTC Pink™ Current Information very shortly.

Hopefully now that the filings are curent, the company will provide guidance as to where they are heading.
