If you are still invested, that would be a bonehead play, I am in a stock LL*G that got suspended for 10 days simply because of mirky info. It has gone down 80% since then, you would be flagging the SEC to do that and we would have the same outcome.

I understand people's frustration but with the latest fins released today, we are showing progress. Lets not queer the deal when we are this close.

Much smarter to write SNEY and threaten them with action than to actually do it. That would be suicidal.
