How do you know it didn't? It's far more likely that the agreement is intact than not (speaking as someone who has been through a few mergers).

Where's a link showing the agreement did NOT survive the merger? ....then the agreement is still in force...you can assume it went away with the merger but that's a fact not in evidence....this is more made up hooey....
