I do not see where you are getting your 2M in net loss for Pak-It in 2010. I know they had layoffs (restructuring), but that does not mean they are a huge money losing business. Looking at 3Q 2010, Pak-It was above break even, just like Javaco.

As for restatements, IMO since JBII has a new auditing firm, this firm is going to look over all the old statements. JMO
