NHS Health Solutions, Inc., announced on May 12, 2011, that NHSH completed a merger with Centacom Corporation and its subsidiaries headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. NHS Health Solutions, Inc. will be instituting a name change to "Centacom Corporation" in order to more appropriately reflect the business of the corporation.
