Again, my guess- they announce name change-we will receive some very small fractional share for every share we own-they will issue themselves majority of shares-current shareholders stock will be all but worthless-new investors will buy and stock price will go- insiders will sell most of there shares very slowly-we lose- they get rich and then they do it all over again
It will all be "for the better of the company- only way we could survive they will tell us.
