I have to disagree with you there. For starters, because they already stated it was coming several times, it is very important for trust in the company. Second, being on the pinks is rough and it is difficult to trust pinksheet companies, an audit will validate what they have stated. Of overall importance in the prior 2010 and 2009 numbers, its not that important as the numbers arent anything special, but again, it helps to validate the business. It will also allow for more transparency and it will help them move forward in terms of the stock. This is very big and is something that needs to be done for the stock to have a longterm successful path. Because it has been delayed for so long after stating it would be done, it is also important that it doesnt take much longer, otherwise trust diminishes further. So, those are some of the reasons and there are more, but it is very important and something they need to get done and just put behind them.

Then, with that completed, getting audited results for 2011, will be huge with the numbers that are going to be put up this year and have already started

I also think that it deserves to at least be discussed until it is actually done due to the importance and implications.

It doesn't add anything to the bottom line of the company, and in fact is a drain of company money to be a fully compliant company.

You may be right, the audit may not be that important overall..

What IS important is shareholders being misled by the company continually about the audit being completed. Not a confidence-builder in management and not a shareholder-friendly company, IMO.... But if being misled is not a problem to you....good luck!!
The market seems to think otherwise.....

Engineer, We would not being having the back and forth on this topic (whether it is you and I or any other concerned shareholder) if the audit was done as promised. I (and many others) bought into this company because (among other reasons as well) it was refreshing and attractive to hear a CEO at this level speak of communication and transparency and keeping their word with shareholders.

This is still an issue only because Eric And Fred have not kept their word as promised over 1 year ago. This is not laughable as you say. This is significant
