Peg -- yup -- recess appointment, perhaps; that would get him through Obama's first term, and if Obama wins a second term he could nominate Cordray again -- provided the GOPers don't resort to that keeping the Senate open thing again, of course

with the GOP resorting to what has since plainly become in no small part essentially treasonous absolute obstructionism, Obama and the Dems are going to have to up the political pressure -- as they appear to be starting to do at this point -- about time
