There has been lots of hot air since the major dilution brought this down from .20 to .14 and if you check, I haven't posted so it must have been your contribution. Maybe if you explain more it will drop another have a penny or so tomorrow, the next, and the next. Maybe then we will all know the true ELTP; a better way would be for ELTP to go up instead of down.
