on PAD, there is VLTS, which had ambiguous results from a phase II trial - but they claim optimism (if you believe them, well their cap is approx $40m)

but then someone posted here just last week a trial featuring some kind of medical device for PAD - my recollection is otherwise totally blank on this.

I did try the VSGN website, and you have to go back to 2001 to get some mention of their phase II results, which did not seem compelling...but they are spending the big $ on it now.
