Evidence? Facts? Logic? piggie

The dilution you describe seems like chump change to me. Any move that dilutes in any significant way would move the price lower fast. Making it very hard to reap any significant cash for the insiders I assume you think are playing this game. Hard to see how anyone makes money on this. And your logic (well really my logic since you never offer any) would only hold if you totally ignore all the test results from the well. And of course assume that with millions in hand they dumped it into a hole in the ground to foster some strange scheme. Unless of course your contention is that no well was actually drilled and that the reported test results were/are fabrications to further some grand scheme? If so then say so and tell us all what you have to back it up.

You know piggie those who bring caution to a play are always good to hear. But the chicken little impersonation does get old. And at least chicken little had the excuse of having something hit them in the head.

Fortune to us all.

In the last 25 years I invested in many small and mid cap oil and gas producers that had many developing projects to work with and I made real good to the point where I now enjoy a very comfortable retirement at my south florida home in the winter time and in Canada at my Quebec home for the rest of the year. This (Mainland Res.) is my first investment in a penny stock E&P company and I feel confident it will be a huge success story. My old investing criterias were applied to Mainland as well...Competent and dedicated Board members and executives, solid prospects and good risk/reward drilling initiatives with potential for near term production. We all know that 4tcf + of potential gas reserve is estimated to be in place. Mainland needs $15M to complete, test and tie-in BP well and start generating cash flow. IMO they will be successful in getting the required financing(senior secured note) with no direct stock dilution and if the initial production numbers of BP#1 are what they are expected to be, investment banks, major energy cos., oil & gas producers and chinese firms will be interested in investing in this world class BV project . This is speculation from my part but that's the way I see things going for MNLU and my 80k shares could be worth more than $1.6M in a couple of years.
