Requirements to go OTCBB include filings for past year so this would include business conducted under D.B.A HPON
This is what HPON pledged 3 years ago, to become fully reporting and get off the pinks.
Was re-interated at shareholders meeting in October.
Also requires market makers to "sponsor" the stock, meaning they are willing to back the stock to a certain degree and "make a market"
This IMO will be HPNN`s demise.
What MM wants to get stuck holding a boatload of this.
