Jagman.....it was. Honeywell was A Memorandum of Understanding with the potential of leading to a final agreement. From that standpoint, it was quite interesting at the time, about four years ago. But a deal was never finalized.

These terms may become muddled to some, but it is important to understand and recognize the differences between MOU's that provide a path to finalized deals..... and the finalized deals themselves. Otherwise, confusion can lead to misunderstanding and, perhaps, incorrect conclusions.

In the case of Honeywell, the MOU wasn't consummated, and such was clearly noted in subsequent FASC SEC reports.

Each individual situation needs to be analyzed on its own merits, IMO.
