Apparently you are interested in the past as you just defended the idea of litigating the past. As far delivering, this has to date delivered utter failure, a par value, No Bid and very little trading volume. So far the only thing showing in current BEHL shareholder accounts are massive losses.

Who would be invested in a future where you have no information at all about?? Sounds like a poor investment strategy to me.
