as pessimistic as I am about this stock doing anything, that might be the first step in transferring assets and copyrights to a different state.
Basically what would be the point of paying additional fees if it was going to get tossed into a larger pie anyways.
I can't say i am too thrilled with this new "initiative" it doesnt seem like a viable market chasing down government funding that continues to dwindle.
But if Jim has a list of clients from other companies willing to pay for such services... whatever, get it done... it's July already
