The way I interpet the 'only biogenic gas' statement is that it only describes what was encountered so far. It doesn't mean that more drilling wouldn't find oil. IMHO it is not unreasonable to think that oil could still be found after re-analizing current information and adding any clues that may come from Total. I'm thinking that SNP is waiting because they want to see if they can come up with another plan that they feel confident with.
