BeSquared MactheKnife never said he sold S8 shares but my opinion is if the CEO plans on a deal he wants the stock to be at a certain level. Also if this stock continues to struggle he will have a hard time getting drivers enthused about options.

You might want to educate yourself before you go on this board and call me a liar. The S-8 shares have already been filed, they are not David or Marks' shares but shares given to employees. The employees have been selling the shares (this has been discussed here many times already and has been proven as fact and even was admitted to by Dave per a post by Mike M.) The employee gets to keep 15% of the proceeds from the sale and the other 85% goes back to the company. It is a fact. If the shares were Davids' or Marks' then yes they would have to file. But they are smarter than that, they found away around it. Don't call me a liar, it is a fact and people here know it, some will acknoledge it and some will just ignore it, but it is a fact.
