KC dweller I am sure the people who run this company will have the same success that they have exhibited over the last 15 years in running the companies specializing in HIV testing, pig cells, wind power, bridge crack testing, VOIP, and joint pain relief.

on the plus side $ 3,000 a month seems to ne be the going price to be on their advisory boards. Of course they are almost out of cash so they will be selling new stock to the naives.

You don't find governance important?

As far as board members with related expertise, it doesn't mean anything. They don't work for the company, they don't get involved in operations or development. Having cancer experts on the board is no more relevant than any other kind of expert. Serious agency issues are created when officers appoint board members. The board is supposed to appoint officers, not the other way around. You don't let the wolves decide who the sheepdog will be.

Regarding Til: forget about if it's effective. That doesn't matter. The question is, how many other companies are out there already providing Til, and ahead of the curve on GNBP? Don't you think their CD-55 patent is the "Contego" brand name they concocted? I do. That's the issue with their CD-55 antibody treatment. Turns out CD-55 is widely manufactured and offers no competitive advantage for GNBP. I can buy CD-55 over the internet from many labs. GNBP doesn't even have the ability to make CD-55.

We also know a lot about Tony Cataldo, and this is a repeat of what he always does; find a distressed company with worthless patent, and re-market it to make it look like a new, exciting breakthrough product. Then it turns out the patent is either expiring, or is is the same thing available by many competitors, or is already obsolete because others have already marketed something better.

It's a scam KC, that's the only other thing I can say. The only way GNBP will make you money is to carefully time when to short a position after PR's are released. Tony Cataldo and his friends make their money by shorting the stock of the companies they run, and then pay themselves high salaries and outrageous perquisites straight out of investor's equity until the company is broke and no more stock can be sold - that's all they do.

That's a very damaging thing for me to state and could get me in trouble if I was doing this to influence the price, or gain from it. But I do not have any positions in GNBP, and I can not influence the price because it's controlled entirely by the MM's and GNBP's debt holders, who are acting as investment bankers by supplying the MM's with GNBP stock. I would not accuse GNBP of being a scam if there weren't enough reason for me to believe it 100%.
