Your statement makes absolutely no sense. JBI could say the machine cost 4 times more than the reported $587,000 + 10.00 per barrel operating costs and it would still be a bargain at the expected rate of return.
JBI does not have to rely on estimates as they have the actual numbers in front of them.

By making the following statement you have admitted that your estimates can be way off and, they are according to JBII.
