Porter was going to bring his assets into Bayside. Unfortunately for Bayside shareholders, there was some sort of falling out. The company attacked the Porters publicly, but the Porters never stated what happened.
Then the CEO from Bayside hosed all of his shareholders by doing an R/S.
From what I understand, it was the Bayside part that messed things up over there. The Porters took their ball and went home.
Now all those that got ripped off by BYS*D are over here throwing rocks at this merger instead of investing and getting some of their money back.
Im not sure what they did during the R/S but it hasn't traded in a month. I'd be angry too. Unfortunately they're mad at the wrong people.
