I wonder if he meant the CEO/COB that authorized all of those AS increases and the dilution of shareholder ownership into the ground. But in reality, no new company gives a crap about what the previous business did to the shareholders, they have no loyalty to them as they are not the ones that put them there. The other issue is why would a new company waste money on litigation, especially on what the old business did? It has nothing to do with them. Once this Eco Waste completes their DD they may even back out of this shell all together and the sad thing is how many months will go by before the shareholders catch on, because Fisher and Pawson will never PR that failure.
