So far one of the only facts we know about PRMO is that they have diluted and diluted and diluted... Another fact is that PRMO has recently increased the A/S to 20+ Billion shares (more then Exxon and Microsoft combined)
Though they "Claim to have" (but have never never ever proven any of it) Gold Inventory... PRMO's share price is .0001
CALL THE SEC and file a complaint... The SEC will get you your answers... but you must be persistant!
It's persistance that gets noticed and moves one up the list.
