Whats up 16r10. I'm glad I averaged down this week. What a rollcoaster ride . Next week is gonna be real interesting. I see alot of guessing going on for the pps. I say with news of big contract before or at grand opening, or even the possibility of a grant check at the ribbon cutting we fly. The share structure needs to be defined though before we can have an idea where the price of the stock is gonna end up. Is all momo and a news and chart play until then. jmho good luck

PS I'm looking for atleast 2 cents going into Grand Opening and news.
