I just watched the interview on their website, all I can say is this guy is awesome. I read "SEAL TEAM SIX" by Howard Wasdin about two months ago. A definite story of Heroism and Sacrifice. For those Military enthusiasts out there this is a must read, I would also recommend "Lone Survivor" by Marcus Luttrell (SEAL TEAM 10). Both are hard to put down once you pick them up.

A couple of my friends (enlisted and officers) are currently in or training to be a SEAL. One of my buddies knows 5 different languages and is the most in shape person I have ever seen. I give them all my support and respect.
