My guess is insiders or former close associates have been dumping....the long slow decline gave people plenty of time to have dumped already and prior to these lower lows. Scared retail sellers would have sold long ago from the .01's constantly and relentlessly lower and lower and lower, millions and millions of shares sold. I am holding because I have to. The timeline seems to have been changed, whereas during the run I didn't hear AL saying this was a long term DD play. Everybody could have determined by the last PR that things were happening and the run ongoing -- nobody was saying this was premature.
