MMTE was producing oil and gas before Mr. L took it over, but the person running the wells in O.K. was selling the oil and gas and pocketing it and not turning it in. Then MMTE basically shut the wells down and was trying to figure out what to do and the next thing you know, MMTE was bought and is now run by Mr. L and company.
