Tex, when you donate to Salvation Army, Big Brothers, Heart Association, Kidney Foundation, MS, etc., etc...do you expect an itemized accounting of what they did with your money and/or household donations - NO! A donation is a donation is a donation is a tax right off and is personal/private and no one's business but the donor's!! Bruce has told us what the money will be used for - to help Jeff with legal expenses. Either you believe him or you don't. Will it expedite the swap through another avenue other than Judge Taylor - lets hope so but as you know, the only two things guaranteed in life are death and taxes. Irrespective of what its used for, we have Jeff and James word that there will be a share exchange. That's good enough for me. Jeff has fought long and hard for the QASP shareholders. I for one really appreciate that assistance and what he has been able to put together under NHSH. If I can help him in some small way when he needs it prior to NHSH becoming a power house and rewarding us all - I'm more than glad to do it...

Have a great weekend,

Ken,

To bounce off Mak's reply ... Have been following along with this rant since it started (Sorry, it's not a derogatory comment, it's just the observation).

I know you know the Word Tex ...

Matthew 6:3

http://bible.cc/matthew/6-3.htm

Having said that, I agree with your point about giving money to someone you don't know, but if you recall that is also exactly what we did with a certain guy that goes by Dean ...

Just as well I must say I am not really fond of the underlining insinuations that can lace the sentiment of 'some are wiling to talk the talk but not walk the walk'. What is missed is that some of us, who may be wiling are flat broke, no thanks to the same crooks that Jeff is going after.

Back to Mat. 6 - Tex, it's always a bit of a quandary to express it this way, as it defeats the idea ... But if I had the expendable cash to support Jeff it would be based on this same principle and I would likely find another avenue to get it to him directly. Shareholders are doing what they can with the knowledge that they can glean of the situation, I would say most of those who have done something are silent about it and nobody is calling for an accounting. Freely give, freely receive.
