The last promotion that I recall was an absolute crock back in late June.

Promotion touted the closing of Huber purchase and afternoon's conference call set for 30 June 11.

Then the company made a NR that stated the Huber closing had been kicked down the road (for about the 4th or 5th time) and the conference call was cancelled.

Of course, the promoters never acknowledged that their release was pure BS and HPGS management wasted a ton of money on bogus promotions that did not cause much an increase but did cause HPGS to lose all credibility with many here.

Since then it has been steady downhill until today.

Anyone who would buy into another HPGS without proof of Huber closing must have just returned from a trip to Uranus.

Haven't a clue why HPGS was up 8 cents today ... not sure I care.
