That's why I keep adding. My 1 yr old son was born with no biliary system, now has liver failure. The amounts of extra vitamins and nutrient substances are too many to keep track. If this product can deliver extra nutrients and vitamins to him without further damage it will keep him off the liver transplant list longer.
The gain here is more than monetary.
