that would be one to keep tabs on because his stock sale flies in the face of a company PR that management will be buying back stock.

One thing to not follow through with the buyback.. Quite another to sell while claiming to buy back.

and then there is the question of how he got the price he did. Open market sale? Private sale? if so, then to who?
