Dean Janes does not want people calling Mike Nessen out because Dean Janes knows that Mike Nessen will turn state's evidence.
Mike Nessen will be charged but given a free pass for all of the evidence he will provide. Its a shame because he deserves to be locked in a cell also for his actions, but that is just the justice system we live with.
