Usually board followers have little to do with quality of stock and company, it usually has more to do with PPS, pumping groups, promotion ect.., I have found that good stocks don't really need a huge following the PPS will take of itself on its own as long as the company is doing good things.

I've been watching it. It's just that the liquidity is a bit too low for me. Could make a few $$ here though.
