He's going through the motions at least for a month till Caveat Emptor gets lifted. IF IF! ... it gets lifted.

That is up to the CEO. I'd strongly encourage him to jump through these SEC hoops for his own good. 6000 units is an attempt at transparency however pitiful we'd be wise to support and encourage the effort. Laundry won't all be pretty but it's a start in right direction. If he doesn't continue then it's over best I see. MHO best of luck :-)
